All the bookings
diaries are normally based on a period of 15 working days. The data
screen for each day is selected by clicking on the tab for
the date required and the date selected is displayed prominently at the
top of the page.
Each diary screen has
a different colour background to help differentiate between the screens
when more than one is open and visible at any time and function buttons
for the particular diary screen are located at the bottom of the screen.
To enable the diaries to display additional days, the displayed dates can
be ‘paged’ forwards or backwards by clicking on the arrow buttons at the
bottom of each screen.
